Rev. Paedar Dalton spoke of affection. A marriage without it would be a hard one. I see emotion through my lense, this looks like they won't have to worry too much about that.
Molly and John at Greystone
The Wedding at Greystone was so beautiful and old world. As I edit, some of the images feel 1940s Tuscani to me. I think John could have been born in a tux and Molly not only is one of the most radiant popele I have ever met, but an absolutely radiant bride!! I was beyond honored to shoot their wedding.
The Flowers are by Blumengarten floral and event design.By Tanja Fischer It was difficult for me not to be distracted by the flowers and want to continually shoot them which I did anyway. Stunning!!!
Video Production was by Thomas Hughes Video Productions Glenn was the man. Tireless,a viosnary and a real pro.Besides very debanair.
The Venue, The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone St. Helena. Molly Bastian special events wedding coordinater. She did an amazing job taking Molly and Marie's vision to create the event of their dreams.
OFFICIANT: Rev. Peadar Dalton If I were going to get married again he's be the guy.His Irish accent was very cool, but his words were poetic and moving.
CAKE: Patisserie Angelica
I rented a new lense, which I now must find a way to purchase, It is the canon 85mm 1:1.2 L11 EF series....O My GEOOOOOOOOD. It makes everything I shoot look rich.I Love it. I must have it.
My smart, gorgeous, funny, animated son so generously sat for me, really he stood, while I tested out the lense. HAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPY with it.
Tristan loves his daddy. Olivia loves her makeup. Jane loves her cell phone and Kira loves the cookies in my pocket.
We spent some time in Sonoma last week and these images came from the morning we took off back home. The birds where geese migrating. It was a grand spectical.
